Disgusting Service

My partner was in a acciddent last week Monday, the lady who crashed into her admitted of being at fault. She is with Outsurance , I keep on phoning them to here why I havent gotten feedback since last week when I submitted the claim forms, the keep on cutting the call in my ear as soon as I explain my frustration. PATHETIC SERVICE and a week ago I would tell you they are the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!
