Disgusting Service!!

Outsurance has got to be the most ridiculous insurance company in the Galaxy!<br> I was in a 4 Car pileup and the lady responsible is an Out client. So I sent my 3rd party claim to them. Constantly had to follow.<br> Took them 8 weeks just to confirm that they will settle. It is taking them an additional 15 days until I can see the money in my account.<br> All the while my car is damaged and barely driveable. They've dragged their feet for almost 3 months now... I feel they've failed me in the way they service clients.<br> And I would never in my life allow any of my friends or family to take outsurance. I really thought that they pride themselves with high values and that they were the good guys of the industry.<br> They make Home affairs look good!!! <br> <br>
