Disgusting policies

<p>I called in this morning to get a quote or life cover. I am actually shocked and disgusted by what I was told. </p> <p> </p> <p>Before they start they ask that you please be honest with every question. Fair enough, that's what I did. They then ask about drug use in the last 10 years. I honestly say, yes, I've tried drugs but it was many years ago. Just to make this clear, I was never addicted or had a "drug problem" I simply tried it socially as many of my peers did too. Now this was about 5 years ago and I haven't tried anything else since as I am really not interested in it. But NO, according to Outsurance, because of my "drug abuse" they cannot cover me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Are you actually kidding me?!?!?!?!? I never "abused" drugs as you imp**** and never had a drug problem. I think if more of your applicants answered honestly you will find that many of them have at least tried something, some time or other as I did. I find it disgusting that even though I could pass a drug test with flying colours I am now penalized for trying something many many moons ago. </p> <p> </p> <p>So my advice to anyone wanting to apply. When they ask you about drugs, just lie! Even if it was just a cannabis smoke 10 years ago. </p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely disgusting. </p>
