Disgusting email from outsurance!

I received quite a threatening email about the requirement of my surgery arrest on db board. Has to be 40ka which it is. Even though I did not claim for my repair. Worst company. To threatening the hand that feeds you and I been loyal for almost 21 years. Surely there's a better way of asking than to send threatening emails based on a diagnosis from useless first light company!
