Disgusting behavior from staff

Good morning

I was in an attempted hijacking yesterday in pretoria CBD there were 8 African men with 3 that had weapons. Myself and my wife fraught for our life as one of your pointsman stood on the sidewalk laughing i am disgusted that this is the racial and utter disrespect that was shown. I understand they might have been affraid to interfere but to stand with a taxi driver and laugh is disgusting i will not leave this matter here i am utterly ashamed to say I Was an outsurance client and this is the people working for u its sick!!!! I sent this email after trying to complain on outsurance website that said my ID is invalid pfft
