One sees the advert on TV about how simple it is to get a quote from Outsurance. What a load of *******. I phoned a while ago to get a QUOTE on a vehicle I was considering buying. It took hours to provide them with the info they needed, and I thought it would be easy since I had previously been insured through them. I STRESSED THAT I ONLY WANTED A QUOTE AND WOULD LET THEM KNOW WHEN I WAS TO BUY THE VEHICLE. I just found out that I have a ***, and the first installment was taken from my *** today.
