Disgusted with the service.
I have been with Outsurance for over 6 years. I added an insurance cover for my Nikon DSLR camera to my existing policy about 2 years ago. Now when I put in a claim for my camera am told that I will only get half of the sum insured yet the consultant told me that I would get full cover amount. So disgusted with their services right now. Cancelling out my policy right now.

04 Nov 2020, 12:59I also need my damaged camera back. as I am told that once you log a claim for any equipment it becomes Outsurance's property. My question is: If I claim for damages to my vehicle, does it automatically make it yours?
