Disgusted with Outsurance legal department for failing to recorver my access
Hi My name is Mbulelo Kama I had an incident where a truck knocked onto my car on the 30th of September i contacted outsurance immediately after the incident i provided my insurance with the pictures of the incident scene as well as the details of the other party at the very same time dragged the other party to go to the nearest police station to make a statement so i can get an incident number, I am writing this review because i am disgusted and not happy with the outsurance and its legal department for failing to recover my access at this point in time from the other party as a client i am not happy i being taken for a ride with my money especially at this difficult times whereby we getting salary cuts yet my own insurance is playing me
The recovery of an excess is not as quick as the settlement of a claim as we need to interact with another insurer and are subject to their timelines or an individual who might not be insured. We do try to do this in the fastest possible time with the least inconvenience to our clients.
As part of our process to ensure our clients understand the steps involved in the attempts to recover their damages and excess, this is discussed by the advisor handling the matter - we apologise if we failed to do so with you.
We have referred the matter to our Legal Manager who has since been in contact with you to address your concerns.
