Disgusted/Scared

Im a 61 year old woman. At 6pm yesterday I drove through a pot hole and both my 2 tyres got damaged. Doing the safest thing (I thought it was) I called my insurer Outsurance. The call alone was terifying as I had to practically beg the consultant to send someone out to assist as I could not change the tyre myself. To my luck a good samaritan came along and assited me with my tyres and I was off safe. To top it all this costed me R3000 from my own money to get my car fixed and till this hour not one person has called to enquire if I am OK. My point is dont advertise road side assistance if you cant help customers who needs you in their hour of dispair... Disgusted client who is one of the first clients on your records ...
