Disgusted! Outsurance you don't care about your clients!

<p>We've been insured with outsurance for years and just when we need them the most they disappoint. We stay in Cape Town and my husband got stuck on Route to PE just about 10min away from PE . I called outsurance and they said that they would not assist because we did not take out an additional cover for commercial vehicles! We were never informed of this. Then we get told that they would get a private company to contact us and we would have to pay it ourselves! I am fuming! How can you do this to your faithful clients!? I am canceling my cover with you guys the first chance I get and I will advise everyone of what a terrible company you are!</p>
