Disgusted, not even a few days into my new policy and already a load of bull!

Disgusted in outsurance

After starting my new insurance policy I was told by an advisor that my premium would be pro-rated until the end of the month (May 2018) as I had only started my insurance cover on the 21st of this month and they had deducted a R106 from my account, which I had agreed to as the pro rated fee for May 2018, now I see ky account has further been debited and additional R483.60 on the 26th of May 2018, which is rather ridiculous, why is it that we constantly have to experience things like this, where is has transparency and integrity in business gone to these days. Im Disgusted in outsurance and I'll be calling in to cancel my policy before it has even started. The only way seems to be "Out", to think I have a pending business policy which was due to start soon. I'll be canceling that aswel. Thank you outsurance for your dishonesty.
