Disgusted in the pathetic service @OUT

Had an accident on 23rd Oct, and their client who was at fault reported it to OUT and received a claim number. I NEVER heard from them until I sent an email to follow up on the 17th OCT. All they did was pass on the email and I have still not heard anything. My car is continuing to deteriorate, which is brand new btw, with bumper falling off, the back left door not opening and the boot not opening with a key. A MONTH HAS NOW GONE BY AND STILL I HAVE HEARD NOT A SINGLE WORD FROM OUTSURANCE. I have my 2 homes insured with them and will definitely be looking for another service provider. Pathetic! Honestly, PATHETIC!
