DISGUSTED
Why must I insure my items at replacement value but if something brake a technician must collect it and see if it is not wear and tear. Probably in the small print. Will definitely be looking for alternative insurance for all my vehicles and home. You pay for 12 years without any claims and then you get treated like this.

Nigel our claims manager contacted you to address your concerns. In order for us to determine the cause of damage we do need to have the damaged items assessed. Once we receive the assessment report we are then able to determine the way forward.
