Disgusted by this insurance company

Disgusted at the level of arrogance this company has. I got an email from Outsurance stating my policy would increase by a 5th in price, even though I've never claimed anything over my years of cover with them. I then followed up with other insurance companies, which offered the same and better cover to me, with half of the excess, that I am getting from Outsurance and furthermore included home insurance for under the amount I am currently paying with Outsurance.

So since I am with Outsurance, I wanted to let them have the opportunity to see if they could match these offers, but this is when the arrogance kicked in. Telling me I don't know anything and should just accept what I get from Outsurance. I have to say, I am appalled by this service. Outsurance should expect my policy cancellation within the month.

As they say, 0 stars, would not recommend to anyone.
