DISGUSTED by OUTsurance!!!!

On 02 May 2017 , i was in a minor accident in a property parking lot.Vechile A(me) reversed and was on its way going forward to exit the property parking. When I looked behind me i saw that Vechile B started reversing coming with quite a bit of speed, I realised that he doesnt notice that im actaully standing there ,as i hooted to warn him he probably didnt hear and bumped into Vechile B. He got put of the and apologised and he said to me i didnt see you. All he did was apologising and giving me his details as he said i can claim from his insurence which is logic as he's the one who caused the accident. I went to the SAP to report the accident and to open a case. I then reported this to my insurance which is OUTsurance so that they can report this to his insurance which is also OUTsurance.

Yesterday 04 May , one of OUTsurances phoned me and advised that Vechile B said we both reversed together and that both parties will be liable for their own account with regards to the incident.

Isnt this rediculous....So OUTsurance is going with the word from the person who caused the accident ??? Or is this their new way of not wanting to give clients their outbonuses!!!I wil NOT settle for this. What is the point of having insurance if this is HOW OUTSURANCE treats their customers...

I Want to speak to a manager and i want my car to be fixed within the next 7 working days where the other party will take his responsibility to pay for my car to be fixed and if this is not the case then i will take this a step further!!!!

Hi JoKoen,

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. Neno our legal manager contacted you to discuss the claim. She told you that the 3rd party is denying the allegations and states you were both reversing at the same time. Neno has informed you that you need to proceed with your insurer OUTsurance so that we can repair your vehicle.

Regards, Kelvin
