DISGUSTED BY FALSE PROMISES
My car had a clutch problem. Took it to a car dealer, on the 6th, with outsurance's assistance with the tow company. I have been trying to get my claim through eversince. I phone the claims dept four to five times daily, but get told the claims' line is busy and that they would gey back to me, which they don't. Have been without a car for two whole weeks now. I am so disappointed in them.
