Disgusted
Disgusted in their service, my wife's car was written off and is busy obtaining a new vehicle, which has been done expediently, they send the driver to collect the courtesy vehicle, for which we are covered, from her workplace, leaving her stranded in Randburg to find her own way home, what an absolute disgrace .. and I am sure they are still expecting us to keep them as an insurer... well sorry for you..

Further to our private response, we can confirm that Ronald our claims manager contacted Mrs Maritz to address her concerns. Ronald discussed the claims process in detail with Mrs Maritz. Once a claim has been finalised and payment has been processed the rental vehicle does need to be returned.
