I think it is completely shocking to receive a phone call from Outsurance yesterday offering me a discount on my premium for a month of R400 and all I had to do was "open my contact details" on my cell phone to them so they have access to all of my contacts? And when I objected and said "no!" I was asked what made me feel so uncomfortable? Really Outsurance? Is this the way you guys do business? *********, invasion of privacy and complete ignorance! Was left feeling angry, disappointed and completely outraged! No! Just NO!
