Disgusted!

I really don't know why im paying for insurance. I was involved in an incident where i was at a stop street and a reckless driver forcefully reversed into me and drove away causing damage to my bumper. Luckily i managed to get the number plate. I now have to pay excess of R4400 because they got hold of the owner of the vehicle and she claimed she is unemployed and cannot be held liable for the damages and excess. Outsurance didn't even try and do any further investigations they just gave me a call and informed me they wont be able to recover those funds because the owner claims she is unemployed and she blocked their number. What a load of ****! So now I have to fork out almost R5000 for something that clearly wasnt my fault! What ever happened to treating all customers fairly! I am so dissapointed!
