Disgusted

Outsurance can't pay my claim but can take my money. I tried to cancel my policy but received a call from a consultant who wanted to reduce my monthly payment. He really tried everything but I informed him to call me back in an hour as I need to discuss this with my wife. He never called back. The next day I received my amended policy via email, and responded that I did not authorize this. The reply was if I wanted to get in contact with them ,I had to phone them.WHY. But ar the beginning of the month the new premium was taken from my account. Please go listen to the tapes (as you always claim you do) and return my money. After 12 years claim free this is how you get treated. DISGUSTED
