Disgusted
I am absolutely disgusted with outsurance. When I called them to take out insurance on my cell phone I was never advised that it will be added to the same policy as my car and that when I claim I will lose the outbonus on my car. I'm only being advise about that now since I have lost my phone and tried to claim. I have been with Outsirsnce for 5 years now n I never knew they were ****** like this . Can't wait for my outbonus to pay out so I can move both my cars to another insurance company
