Disgrace
Total disgrace when submitting a claim. upon signing up i was told that access would be R500 AND IM COVERED IF ANYTHING BREAKS IN MY HOUSE, My washing machine broke and ive been told access would be R4500 and they would only pay out should it be lighting or power surged damaged. People i beg you not to trust Outsurance They are the best at signing you up and also the best at *****ing you over in a time of need.
