Discrimintating about the "small" guy

I have been assisting our gardener with his 3rd party claim with Outsurance. We have written confirmation on 3 occasions that the Outsurance client did not stop at a stop street and caused the accident. Their client has even told Outsurance themselves that he caused the accident. Outsurance is refusing to pay because of technicalities.

This is clear ************** and taking advantage of a poor person who cannot understand all the legal jargon.

The underpinning principle of insurance is "is it fair".... Well, this poor, poor man cannot do his weekend and evening peace jobs and has now lost a few of them because of not having a car for 5 weeks. My heart is literally breaking for him. The repercussions of this accident are enormous to him. Outsurance do not care about people.

I can understand Outsurance not caring about the 3rd party, especially a 3rd party like our gardener. But they have lost out on a lot of future business from ethical people who care.
