Discouraged & disappointed
<p>I called outsurance for a review of my premium and the service I got was so discouraging that 4 years after being a part of Outsurance I would consider leaving and getting a new insurance provider. The consultant wnet to an extent of affirming that i can go get a better premium elsewhere, disappointing and so nit customer- focused. </p>
