Discount received without asking - amazing

Just change the regular driver on my 2nd vehicle to my 18-year-old son so as expected the premium jumps a lot due to him being a new driver with no driving history but they handed me over to a senior person who then went through my policy and worked on dropping my other coverage amounts so my total increase would be less - this was with no requests from me - they could have easily left it and got more money from monthly but they really tried to minimize the increase as much as possible - really unexpected but much appreciated.
