Disappointment with Outsurance

I am very troubled by the way outsurance handles clients that have given them service for many many years.

I have had a few claims over the years (vehicle) AND NONE HAVE BEEN MY CAUSE, on each occassion I have been requested to pay excess and never has Outsurance been able to refund my excess even though I have given more than enough detail to them. The last incident an unlicecened driver crashed into my vehicle. they were given all the required information and after many many months they had the nerve to send me correspondence that they have no case but attach forms for me to go the the small claims court, I pay them for a service and in return they give me work and simply walk away.

There are many adverts about how good they are, how false.

I would like to know if there are other clients that have had such an experience, kindly let me know as we MUST get together and raise a drive to expose these disgustinging companies, I have currently cancelled my insurance and intend taking my complaint to the Ombudsman.

We must rise and make a stand against these companies that only know how to cheat and rip the publicof their hard earned money.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Elizna our legal manager contacted you and discussed why the matter was closed. When a client is involved in a 3rd party incident, we proceed as normal to process the claim and charge an excess as is the norm in the industry. We then proceed with our legal matters and in this instance we handed the case over to the attorneys to issue a summons. We have tried everything in our power to recover the excess as well as all the money we spent on the claim and attorneys.
