Disappointment client
Here we go again with this outsurance. Always trying to ***** from clients that pay a whole lot of money for insurance. I bout my stuff for much more than what they are replacing it with. Expensive and they give you cheaper. NOOOoooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! I thought your client comes first but I guess profit first right!!!!!!!!!!

We contacted our client and arrangements were made with our technician to provide us with another assessment report on the mentioned items claimed for. We will also at all times replace items claimed for with similar ones in the event of a claim.
