Disappointment

I have tried to cancel my life policy with outsurance,but with no luck.I have talked to 4 people,but they always come with an excuse,of a better offer.The point is i don't want the insurance at the moment. I wanted to use them for my house insurance ,but i am re-thinking it,as they lack of understanding.If they act like this now,how will they react in the far future,if ever a claim will arise.Please i have nothing against outsurance,but please respect my wish to cancel my policy.I am on the verge of contacting the ombudsman,as my disappointment is growing.You already got your payment,even after you've heard that i don't want to go ahead with the policy.
