Disappointing Service

On 28 Feb around 11 am I did a quote for a polo vivo that we were looking at purchasing. On 02 March between 09:30 and 09:47 am I called to inform that we have decided not to purchase the vehicle and that the vehicle is to be removed off cover I was assured the vehicle is removed and even received an updated policy schedule to confirm this in writing on the 5th of March 2019 however yesterday the pro rata premium for the polo was debited off my account with another small amount on Sunday on top of my normal premium that went off on the 25th when calling this morning suddenly no one has a clue what is going on there and no one can assist me to have the problem resolved now suddenly no one was ever in my policy but I spoke to someone on the 2nd of March around 09:47. This after I wanted to cancel my policy in Feb and you convinced me other wise and I even added my contents to cover now I regret that decision I should have just cancelled the policy like I wanted to. Apparently a manager was going to investigate this but this manager doesn’t seem to be able to solve the problem either I myself am a manager in the short term insurance industry I know for a fact it doesn’t take this long to search and listen to a call and provide a client with feedback if the manager really was committed to having this resolved it would have been resolved within the hour already. I have been in contact with my bank to reverse the unauthorized money taken from my account can you as Outsurance just do what you were supposed to do from the start and take that car off my policy I am not going to pay for a car I don’t even own. And send me another updated schedule. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I have lost my faith in Outsurance now what if I had to actually claim for a something serious how can I rest assured knowing that you will have me covered if you can’t even resolve something so straight forward as this???
