Disappointing
Requested quote for life insurance. Sales person promised to phone back by certain time but only returned call the next day. This was repeated on three occasions so it wasn’t just a once off occurrence. Unprofessional behaviour.

We were unsuccessful in our attempts to call you and sent you an email which you subsequently responded to. We fully agree with you that if an appointment was scheduled, we need to honour our agreement to call you back. The lack of follow is unacceptable and we will not condone bad service delivery.
