Disappointed with Outsurance
After taking me over a month to get in touch with direct staff of Outsurance then another 2 month to check my claim.. it's been terrible experience having to risking my life driving the vehicle that's not in good state. It's been the worst way of attending to customers and paying their claims. horrible

Riaan our legal manager has been in contact with the third party Frank. He has discussed the claim in detail with Frank and explained that we are waiting for information from the finance house.
Riaan will revert once he has the relevant information.
