Disappointed with Outsurance

<p>I wanted to see if I can get a cheaper quote on my car's insurance in general so I phoned two other insurance companies to see if they can beat my current premium. The 1st company I phoned which was Miway, was extremely helpful, attentive and it was obvious that they wanted me as a client they would phone me back a few times, each time with a better offer to try and accomodate me with a premium to suit my pocket and needs. Then lastly I phoned Outsurance just to also see if they can beat my current insurance premium. You will always hear and see Outsurance advertising that they will try and beat your premium and if they can't they will give you R400. They didn't really try hard to give me a good offer and the guy tried to hang up before discussing the R400 that they owe me seeing that they could not beat any of my quotes and that their quote was the highest of all. I reminded him of the R400 and he looked for reasons why it won't apply in this case. He told me he'll send me an email with a link to get my money but he never sent anything!!! I was totally put off from Outsurance in their lack of service. Really disappointing. I do not suggest them to be your Insurer as they can't even keep their word. </p>
