Disappointed with Annual Increase
Annual re-rate letter received for my policy, phoned to query and this is the best they can offer - perhaps I need to shop around again (after 22 years with Outsurance): Vehicle: +14% Contents: +23% Building: -R3
Policy premium increase: 9%
Really disappointed in their lack of concern.

23 Dec 2022, 09:55Good day Grant,
We understand that receiving an annual increase comes as a disappointment.
Jannie from our review team contacted you to discuss your rerate in detail. There are a variety of factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as inflationary adjustments, claims, underwriting changes etc.
Thanks for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
Sorry for the disappointment.
Regards,
OUTsurance
