DISAPPOINTED TOWARDS OUTSURANCE REGARDING MY LIABILITY ACCIDENT CLAIM

<p>On the 19 June 2017, I was in an accident where a man crashed into my vehicle at an intersection of Van Riebeeck and Redelinghuys street. I was on my way home when the accident occurred. It was a straight path for me with no stop sign or any road signs when the opposite party drove over the stop sign and hit my vehicle. We have reported and filled in a Liability claim form with all the necessary documents as requested of the accident on the 21 June 2017, following up telephonically twice a week awaiting response on fixing my vehicle. After 4 weeks of waiting they rep**** that the liability claim will not be paid out as I was the guilty party that should have stopped on a straight path so that the other party could pass the stop. As this was what they stipulated/rep**** in a ridiculous letter with spelling errors sent on a word format from a legal department? How can vehicle A driving on a straight path hit vehicle B with the rear side of the vehicle and be the guilty party for bumping Vehicle B that should have stopped at the stop sign? How can Vehicle B be “stationery in the middle of an intersection” and think that he won’t get bumped?</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect URGENT feedback on this case as I am not satisfied with the service nor the Assistance received from Outsurance or the other Party which are an Outsurance Client!</p>
