Disappointed in 1 Month of Joining Outsurance

I phoned outsurance yesterday to change my debit order but i was very disappointed with the treatment i got. 1st the lady changed my debit order date without my permission, I just discover that today when i phoned them to give them permission to change my debit order date then this rude/unskilled guy spoke to me like he was talking to one of his chomee's down the street. I have been with other insurance, i have never heard anyone speaking to their clients like that and he didnt even assist me with my request.
