Disappointed, frustrated and then relieved by the assistance of a professional consultant

I called outsurance and spoke to a gentleman to cancel the insurance on one of the three cars that was insured on my name since I sold the one car. I clearly stated that the other two cars should still remain on the policy. I received the updated policy with now only one of my cars insured and not two. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I called outsurance again and spoke to a consultant by the name Inno Zungu. I explained to her the problem and she rectified the problem and emailed me the policy immediately whilst I was still on the phone with her. I checked the policy and it was now correct. She was friendly, patient, professional and apologized for the inconvenience even though it was not her fault. I was so relieved. She could be an excellent mentor to other consultants. A job well done.
