Disappointed
Did a quote with a guy named Sihle for a vehicle insurance on 11/11/2020, they couldn't beat my current insurer of which we both agreed with the gentleman that he could only quote me up to R1100 for my Kia Rio, he then suggested that we try to quote for home contents of which I was happy with. The problem started when I asked about my R500 they 'claim' to give when they can't beat your insurer, I've been taken from pillar to post, even spoke to one of the managers who promised to get back to me but never did. Till this day 18/11/2020 I never got any call to clarify the matter as to whether I'll get the money or not.
