Disappointed
I was an Outsurance client since 2011, 3 missed payments due to financial constraints and insurance was cancelled - and I have been listed as a non payer on the credit bureau so cannot apply for alternate insurance in my name. I always advocated for Outsurance and referred many people to them for their great service and rates. So sad and very disappointed that nothing could be done for me to reinstate my insurance.

We are members of the Credit Providers Association, and we are obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums. This includes both payments of premium and where premiums are not paid. Please note, the credit bureaus have different manners of depicting the non-payment of premium. We don't list clients.
Please take a screen shot of your credit profile and email it to our ITC team. We have sent you a private message as HP blocks all email addresses provided publicly. Our ITC team will request all bureaus to update their records accordingly.
