Disappointed by false advertising and lies

Hi there, I must express my disappointment in false advertising that outsurance is giving to people. I got a call from one of their consultants Monday to offer me a "R500 or R1500 quote challenge" if they cannot beat my current insurance. Well that lady I spoke to said that she cannot beat my premium hence I qualify for the R500 payment from outsurance. She said I will get an sms after the call and another consultant will give me a call to confirm my sms, but till now I haven't received an sms or a call.... I must say this is false advertising yol are advertising to people. Highly disappointed in you. The consultant I spoke to was Abby. And I was called from this number ***
