Disappointed

I am very disappointed in Outsurance. I called them to have my policy reinstated and was told they cannot assist me. I do admit my error in the matter and also unforseen circumstances for policy cancelation but I really thought that they would have more understanding and willingness to assist me. The other issue I have is that the agent whom I spoke to who tried to assist me said he would give me feedback within 2 hours but did not bother to call me with feedback. I had to call Outsurance to follow up on the matter. When I initially moved to Outsurance they wanted to sell me almost all their products but now they are not even interested in retaining my business. Luckily there are other insurance companies who will gladly assist.
