Disappointed and ready to leave

After the worse floods Limpopo has had in more than a decade our ceiling collapses in 2 rooms in our house. We have been outsurance customers for many years and we go with them with our claim and 3 quotes to fix the damage. They make us wait days on end for answers and this needs to be escalated etc etc, just to pay out less the 50% of quoted amounts. How their assessors get such a magically low number one will never know as we went to 3 different suppliers for quotes. Seriously disappointed and now in serious debt to get our house back in order.
