disappointed and fedup

The computed box was ****** from my car on 7th Aug they damaged the door lock and ignition. I phoned Outsurance and the attitude was awful. I received 7 sms from Outsurance from 7th Aug to 8th Sept. Needless to say on the 3rd Sept sms states vehicle ready for collection. On 3rd Sept vehicle been collected but I still have no car so where they got I collected my vehicle I don't know? On the 7th Avis rental expires which means I had the loan car for a month which had to go back. Needless to say I have not heard from outsurance since 7th Sept. <br> I would like to know why was my car taken to panelbeaters in the first place and not Lindsay/VW as it needed computer box not panelbeating? The 1st computer box that Aerotec received and fitted did not match. Aerotec then sent my car to VW Kempton on 4th Sept. and they gave me a loan car. VW ordered another computer box which they fitted and matched. Aerotec gave me another loan car on the 17th Sept. My car then went back to Aerotec to be fixed for damage caused by towing people. I eventually received my car on Friday 18th Sept which is 6 weeks later. <br>
