Disappointed :(

<p>I am a little disappointed in OUTsurance. We requested to upgrade our OUTsurance Life Policy to the Mega OUTbonus yesterday. It would have been great service if the Consultant informed us that we will be receiving our 5 year OUTbonus in no less than 2 months and then advised us to wait until then… but she did not and surprise-surprise, we are not allowed to go back to the normal Policy, so we lost the OUTbonus . Very clever OUTsurance. The Consultants are probably trained not to disclose such information to save you money – hmmmm!</p>
