Disappointed
I am very disappointed with the recent service I've received from Outsurance. So after having to hear how it would be a lengthy process for my insurance to claim from the other insurance and it's not also guaranteed that they would pay, I've decided to claim from the other insurance as a 3rd party in order to retain my OUTbonus, little did I know that Outsurance would not help me a tad bit; you're literally on your own, no car hire or anything! So either way you lose OUT - if I knew this before, I would definitely not have gone approached Outsurance in the first place! I'm so disappointed!
