Disappointed

So disappointed that Outsurance forced me to use Collision Pros panel beaters after my accident. I have paid and used Outsurance for years.. they have pushed me aside like I'm ****. I have never in my entire life dealt with such poor service than I have from their "amazing" panel beater. Between demanding cash from me BEFORE assembling my car (which Outsurance should have sorted out) to taking a month to fix my car (which I was told 7 days max) to giving my car back to me with broken windscreen wipers, a messed up radiator and the entire car being filthy dirty to "accidentally" missing the fact that my shocks were completely smashed from the accident (which the assessor from Outsurance didn't see apparently) - forcing me to fork out another R4000+ cash to fix them somewhere else.. I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE and I am extremely disappointed with Outsurance.
