Disappointed!

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I would just like to express my disappointment in Tembi who so very friendly assisted me and very friendly tried to convince me to remain with Outsurance. The moment that I confirmed that unfortunately I could no longer stay with Outsurance, her voice and tone of voice immediately changed and were from very friendly to very formal.<br> <br> I am STILL a client for another few days, but is very disappointed in the manner she just handled it. Needless to say I am glad that I cancelled if this is the attitude towards clients are spoken with.
