DISAPOINTMENT

Very disappointed. Was in an accident 1 October. Not my fault. Person drove into me from behind. Today is the 20th November. Still no car. First no one at Outsurance knew where my vehicle was sent to. Then the bakkie was only released to the Bodyshop almost two weeks later. Now the bodyshop is dragging its feet. Keep on sending the same updates. WHY DO WE HAVE INSURANCE IF WE STILL HAVE TO WAIT MONTHS FOR OUR VEHICLE?? Each day without a vehicle is money wasted, if you work for yourself like us. NO ONE CARES. When I tried to find out from the bodyshop owner what is going on he started shouting at me, telling me that it seems to him that I cant get into my little head that you have to wait for parts......No assistance from Outsurance. When I phoned they just told me to speak to complaints!!!! WHAT?? Will have to start looking for new vehicle insurance
