Disapointing and unfair treatment from Outsurance.

I am very disappointed with Outsurance. I was involved in an accident on the 2nd of November with an Outsurance client who bumped into my car after failing to stop and keeping to their lane at a 4 way crossing, we then reported the matter to the police and had an accident report taken down, after a few days the client forwarded me a (claim number ***) and a telephone *** number I could call to get the 3rd party claim processed, which I did and i forwarded all the relevant documentation required by Outsurance. Now why would your client send me a claim number to institute a third party claim if they were not at fault ? Then on 13 November I received a call from a Lady by the name Anina Williams informing me that their client was not at fault and therefore they would not pay for the damages caused to my car without validating the merits of both parties, and also without my vehicle being even assessed by an Outsurance Assessor to validate the damages to my car of which I fail to understand. the story that Anina gave me was the same story that I got from the daughter of the lady who drove into my car and to make matters worse she was not even at the accident scene so how could she have known what transpired ? Your client has inconvenienced me with their negligence. Now I get an insurance company that wants to exploit and take advantage of a third party claim. my wife and my father have been a loyal Outsurance clients for over 6 years I think its now time to reconsider. due to this unfair treatment but i am not surprised since they once debited my wife's account for a car that we did not even have after requesting an insurance quote from them about a vehicle that i was interested in buying a year ago.
