Dirty tactics and slander to fit their narrative.

Last week, I was witness to an accident.

A lady in a car indicated and changed lanes simultaneously. (Read did NOT indicate intent, wait, and then merge.) Her actions knocked a motorcyclist off his bike.

I gave my details as a witness and told the motorcyclist who was injured to please put me as a contact to the insurance people.

Outsurance phoned me today, asking me to recount my views of the events.

I clearly stated that the motorcyclist was not in the wrong and that the car merged without properly waiting after indicating.

I then received a call from the gentleman who was injured, saying that Outsurance was not paying the claim, based on my testament, because I stated she did nothing wrong, and that she properly indicated before merging.

Outsurance is making me out as a ****, in order for them to save money on a claim. I will be canceling my insurance with Outsurance, as I no longer wish to be associated with a company that lies, bends the truth to fit their narrative, and disregards the reputation and integrity of others in doing so.

This is a disgusting practice, and frankly, I can't see myself doing business with them ever again.
