Dirty, Insensitive, Rude, Obnoxious, Lying, "Investigator" Stacey Muller

Extremely traumatic and disturbing incident with Outsurance's Stacey Muller. She is completely oblivious of the fact that her clients can lie and be *********. She did shoddy work by NOT looking at the police reports and NOT looking at the factual evidence of the camera and of voice recordings in my possession. These prove that her client is at fault. Instead she attempted to denigrate me and advertise to everyone that I had an "incident" which I am supposedly at fault for. Although I gave her the factual information, she chose to rudely ignore it. She has traumatised me by invading my privacy and to unknown parties things that was my right to keep private. She was adamant and rude about her clients claim, yet I have proof to the contrary. In fact her investigation is in shambles because they even gave her a false name and I have a copy of the drivers ID, who is a foreigner. Looks like some people like to enrich themselves by lying and being **********, yet Outsurance believes everything they say as being the Gospel Truth! sHAME ON YOU OUTSURANCE for naming and shaming an innocent party, by invading my privacy and by contacting people who should NOT be troubled by your insensitivity. I view this in a very serious light and hope that someone at Outsurance will contact me to hear the evidence I have. Your client did a Hit and Run... He ran away because he was a fault and I had to do my own investigation to trace him and report him! Stacey Muller you did a grave injustice and you are disgusting!
